I'm only getting 4-5 hrs of burn time per set of batteries before the headlamp dims and dies. Anyone else having this issue? I am using the dimming settings to conserve battery life. Did I get a lemon?

On full beam, I got roughly 5-6 hours as well. It seemed short, but then again, it threw out a ton of light.

Hmmm, I just got my Storm and haven't had a chance to use it much. The Spot that I've used for a year, which is just the storm with 1 more battery and about 25 more lumens was good for about 20 hours on batteries before needing a change. I know the Storm is brighter, but it also has 1 more battery to match the burn time. I think you got a lemon. BC is really good with returns, send it back and ask for another.
