A Question about GoLite VO24 Backpack - 1500 cu in

Dear Sir/Madam,I'm 5'3" and weigh 100lbs. What size of GoLite VO24 Backpack shall I get? How do you measure the torso, from shoulder to hip bone? Will M (18-20) size too large to me or it may just fit me on the lower end? Thanks a lot.

It is the same product, but it's made for women (ie better size assortments). I would get the small most definitely. I am 5'4 and I fit into the small very well.
