Dear Sir/Madam,I'm 5'3" and weigh 100lbs. What size of GoLite VO24 Backpack shall I get? How do you measure the torso, from shoulder to hip bone? Will M (18-20) size too large to me or it may just fit me on the lower end? Thanks a lot.

Check out this link: http://www.backcountry.com/store/GOL0153/GoLite-VO24-Backpack-Womens-1400-cu-in.html It is the same product, but it's made for women (ie better size assortments). I would get the small most definitely. I am 5'4 and I fit into the small very well.
