can anyone please tell me approx. how long are these 3/4's in a size M? I am 5'3" and wonder if the 3/4 translates into "full length" for me. Thanks.

Hi There. At 5'3 you would probably do best with a size small rather than medium. The Small ranges for women between 5'2 and 5'6 who are between 110 and 135 lbs. I hope that helps.
