I'm a ski racing coach and need the warmest pants that I can buy for less than $100. I maybe can do $135, but that's pushing it. I don't need other skier's standard of warm. I need pants that will keep me warm if I'm standing in two feet of powder for 8 hours while I watch my athletes race. I need pants that will see 8+ hours of rain, hail, wet chair lift seats, blizzards, and lots of kneeling in the snow to tune skis. Durable and warm. How "warm" are these pants?

I forget what brand they are and how much they cost, but see if somebody on the Ski Patrol (same basic activity requirements) can hook you up with the NSP catalog. Seems like you should also easily qualify for some nice pro deals from a lot of manufacturers. As for these, I can't speak of them specifically, but my old TNF pants with HyVent and a thin insulation layer underneath them worked out pretty well in most conditions.
