I'm wanting to know what North Face Mountain Light Jacket...

I'm wanting to know what North Face Mountain Light Jacket for girls is weather rated for. We live in the Canadian North and my daughter ski races down hill. It sometimes dips to -30 C on the mountain. Is this coat warm enough for that? If not can you recommend one that is?

This jacket is just a shell. You have to get the matching North Face fleece that goes underneath it but sells separately. Otherwise this is really just a heavy windbreaker. With the liner, I would recommend the jacket for temperatures in the normal ski range (15 degrees F and up)
