I wear a 6.5 in Asics, the 6-5/7 be too big. Also I have very high arches, what luck have high arch runners had with these.

I can't answer about the arches, but I think sizing depends on what you're going to be doing with them and what other "stuff" will go in them. I normally wear an 8, but bought an 8.5/9. I wear thick hiking socks, sometimes two pair, some half insoles and heel grips. They're perfect for me at that size. If you're planning to wear them with thinner socks, and/or have a narrow foot, stick with your regular size or consider sizing down. (I have a relatively wide foot.)
