An official Arc'teryx repair job is your best bet, and they are notoriously reasonable for cost (not so much for shipping, etc)you can arrange it on their website. Alternately, I like seam grip on the inside of the pant. Just a thin skin seals and stays flexy and waterproof. The seam grip sticks to the fuzzy inside really well if you give it a bit of pressure.

Your best option would be to send them to Arc'teryx. Its also the most expensive. I've found a little GearAide in a patch (both inside and outside if possible) with rounded edges and seam sealer (like what you'd use for a tent) works great. Its a little more durable and only slightly more expensive than duct tape.
