just got this but the bottle didn't say how much to use. is it just a capful for a sleeping bag or what?

Each cap full is 50ml. Nikwax calls for 2 caps (100ml) for 1 season bags (between 1 lb 12 oz and 2 lb 8 oz) and 3 caps (150ml) for 2-4 season bags (between 2 lb 8 oz and 5 lb 8 oz).

Hey depending on your washing machine and the number of garmets, etc, I usually "2 scoops" of just the threaded part of the cap, not an entire cap full...
