I`d like to know which sleeping bag would be better for going up the Alpamayo in White range in Peru. The North face Tundra -20 or the Mountain Hardwear Lamina -30? Thanks.

If you look at the EN ratings, you'll see this is actually more like a 0 degree bag. I have a couple of TNF Summit Series bags and I have noticed that they start to leak cold at the hood after about 4-5 hours. I'd probably recommend the MH Lamina -30. Naturally, if you're in a tent or otherwise sheltered as opposed to sleeping outside at those temperatures, then you won't necessarily need the warmer bag.
