the chart is just below the options. It has been my experience with Black Diamond harnesses that you want to measure over the clothes you will be climbing in. If you find a number that is between two sizes (30 s/m or 33 m/l), go with the larger size range in case you wish to add layers later. (If you measure 33, go with a large)
