I just got my hat and it is a little bit big, is there anyway to shrink the hat just a bit?

I'd try exchanging it for a size smaller if they have smaller in stock. Otherwise, if you plan on hanging on to it, you could always run it through the washer. I run all my cotton caps through the washer every now and then. Especially after a long sweaty hike. It should shrink it a little bit. I recommend the gentle cycle to play it safe.
