Grangers works well on my gear. I have also used Nixwax for waterproof breatheables.

Using a techwash Works pretty well http://www.arcteryx.com/product-care.aspx?EN arc'teryx recommends this stuff called grangers but I've used other stuff before. I usually just handwash goretex til it stops performing and then give it a full techwash
