Need a glove that will work in minus 10 degree North Dakota weather in the oilfield. and doesn't cost a fortune. any ideas?

I wouldn't go with these. These are great in Late fall and early spring with slightly warmer than winter temps. Not dead winter, -10 deg weather, unless very active.

leather gloves get some warm welders gloves and coat them with a DWR(durable water repellent)
