Mary, click on the size icon below the selection menu and there is a chart for measuring your torso. If you don't know how to do it there are numerous sites you can Google to explain it. If you fall within those ranges there is plenty of adjustment on the pack to fit you. It is always best to try a pack on in person if you have access to somewhere that sells quality outdoor products.
