I'm 6'5" 200 LBS, and have a Tau pullover in a Large that fits perfect and a Hyllus in XL that fits great with a midlayer underneath. What size should I get this in?

NMUp, Generally with shells it's better to size up if you're between sizes. Also, Arc'teryx jackets usually have an "athletic" fit which means they will fit a little more snugly. Happy trails!
