Have a narrow, flat foot. Too much arch support causes pain. Wear Merrels and they are fine, except toebox a little wide. What about this shoe?

This would be a descent way to go. You might also look at La Sportiva. Fitwise they sound like they're right up your alley.Hope that helps.
