YES!!! There is a zip pocket specifically for a water bottle. When you open it up, it has the mesh on the inside to hold your bottle in place. Then it zips away to keep it clean! VERY COOL!

Nope, it does not have the usual mesh pockets on the sides of the pack. If you really like the pack and that is stopping you I am sure you could use a carabiner to hold your Nalgene to one of the side straps.

There does not appear to be a mesh bottle holder or pockets for one. But a Nalgene style bottle with an attached lid, you would be able to use a strap to hold it on
