The watch display suddenly stopped working. I changed the battery, it makes sounds, but no display on a screen. any thought on that would be helpful.

Try resetting the software by holding in the (2) left (2) right buttons for 5 seconds then release the electronics should re-boot and set the Altitech back to the factory spec if this method fails go ahead and remove the battery for 5 minutes then re-install. Call 1-800-446-7587 if the display fails to come back to normal for a return authorization.

As Hunter posted, I would contact the manufacturer or if you bought it from BC you can send it back and exchange it for a new one.

HUY, Be careful opening anything up. This will often void any warranty the watch came with. I would contact the manufacturer and see what their policy is regarding faulty equipment and see if you can get it exchanged directly. Happy trails!
