I actually think there is plenty of space, this is a very fair 2-person tent! The design makes it pretty roomy inside in terms of height, and the double doors/vestibules mean that you never have to crawl over your buddy either.

Like Angus said, it's a snug fit. If you are a car camper, or prefer comfort and space over weight, I'd step up to the Stoic Templum 3 Tent. You can always have your backpacking partner carry half the tent, so the extra weight isn't a problem.

It won't be exactly roomy, but 25" of width per person is about par for the course in most two-man tents.
