It will! Because the Carbon Reflex 2 has the same dimensions as the Hubba Hubba, you shouldn't have any problems. I've used this several times and have grown to love it! It's worth the extra weight for me because it provides a huge area for my pack and other gear, especially when I have a tent mate. It's really easy to set up as well. It does come with Needle Stakes. The only thing you should be aware of is it can develop condensation, much more than inside the tent. It does have adequate ventilation, but if things are extra wet, you might get dripping inside. I love the addition it has provided and it makes living in the backcountry that much more pleasant. I would highly recommend it!
