Would these be suitable for all weather? Looking for something I can use in the summer and the winter.

This boot will work fine for you in the spring, summer, & fall & as long as your winter activities do not include extended snowshoe backpacks or the Iditarod, you should be fine. For this you would need an insulated boot. Look @ the Asolo TPS 520 GV.
