Would this jacket be good for exercising in the fall/winter season?? Like for going runningh running.. And maybe bike riding on the boardwalk??

John, Eli gave some good alternatives. Down jackets are not the best option for those activities. I prefer a technical shell and baselayers so I can dial in to the conditions.

Down jackets aren't the best for more strenuous activities such as running. This will work for light bike riding and light jogging, but I would lean towards the following softshell jackets. They are a lot more breathable and fitting for your activities, and will keep you warm.
