I just received these gloves today and they are not what I expected. Can I return them and order somethings else in exchange? Please explain the process

Yes you can return them. Backcountry.com has a great return policy. The easiest way to return is to get on a chat here with customer rep and give them your order number. You should have received the return label with the gloves. Hope this helps.
