Hi bri, Actually, yes, the hood does accomodate a bike helmet. I have a size Lg Vapor Hoody, and a medium size road style bike helmet, and could pull the hood over the helmet. Hope this helps you.

Almost certainly not. Hoods for helmets generally advertise that feature specifically because they're HUGE, and this one doesn't.
