Hey I was wondering if this jacket would keep someone warm and Toasty in temperatures as low as -40F? What temperature range would this jacket be suitable for (too hot above 30F?) Thanks!

I would stick with a trusted 8000 by Marmot or your favorite Western Mountaineering jacket if your doing a big mountain - if your asking and you will only see occasional -40 degrees like on the coldest days, this jacket with a few other layers will do ok. The others are overkill for most of the lower 48 in my opinion. All down jackets like this - hood, etc. are going to be downright too hot in temps +30.
