Thanks alot, I just did it - but figured there was a nicer way, like fold it in or something.

Literally just turn the left hand pocket inside out and start stuffing material starting with that part of the jacket. The whole thing will fit easily right in there. Store it on a hanger, instead of stuffed. Repeated stowing and un-stowing will crack the polyurethane coating, at which point it will peel and no longer be waterproof.
