My mom is 64 years old and lives in Asheville, NC. She needs a jacket that can keep her warm in the wind and occasional rainy/snowy weather. She's not exercising in it, just walking around outside some. What do you recommend?

I am a 65 year old grandmother and just received my black Denali today. I bought my 18 year old granddaughter one last Christmas and she really loves hers. I can't wait for it to get a little chilly so I can wear mine. I loved hers.

The Denali doesn't block wind or handle rain well at all, but it does offer great insulation against cold. I will say this though- I bought one for my 72 year old Mom and she loves it. Wears it all the time, everywhere. If "Grandma" used terms like "go-to" piece, this is the one she would be talking about. Hope that helps.
