What is the lining in this. Does it stick to you when it's raining? Do you feel cold and clammy in it during a rainstorm?

It doesn't really have a lining but the material does not feel like the old nylon stick to your skin materials. The pit-zips are a nice feature if you do start feeling clammy you can open them slightly to vent. As for being cold, this is only a shell and you will want to wear something under it during cold rainstorms.
