Do you think this would be a good pillow for a week long backpacking trip? If so what size should I get?

The pillow will compress but still takes up a decent amount of pack space and as James posted they are not very heavy but a pound is a pound when you are carrying it. With that said, I carry one and need it for a good nights sleep. I also have the medium and use a down sweater or fleece for extra volume.

These pillows all weigh @ less than a lb, and are worth it for a little comfort to a good nights sleep. Size depends on how comfortable you want your head to be. Medium works for me, and I usually shove a packed stuff sack underneath for extra padding.
