I am a size 8, 5'5" 130 pounds and curvy...the small fit fine. A tad snug around the hips, but not bad and you couldn't tell by looking at me. The medium was way too big at the top (arms were too long for me and just too big all around). The great thing is the reversible zipper. When I zip it up a couple inches from the bottom it is perfect around the hips. Guess I need to lose 5 pounds around the hips anyway. :)
