Has anyone tried using this in conjunction with an MSR water...

Has anyone tried using this in conjunction with an MSR water filter? I.e, removing the bite valve and connecting the hose directly to the filter? Thats how my MSR badder worked, and I would like to make sure that is possible with this...

According to MSR Hyperflow: "Included Quick-Connect™ bottle cap interfaces with MSR hydration products, Nalgene bottles and other containers with 63mm threaded openings."

Hey Tom, The Osprey hydration res has a large mouth and larger tube so it is not compatible with the MSR filter system. i know that Osprey is looking at a solution for the future!

Ours works on our hydration packs. Read the manual, it explians it all.
