Why are there apparently 2 Resolve Jackets? One costs more a
& looks like it has a waist gather. The other looks more like a regular shell jacket. Is it men's/womens?

Its cheaper because its last seasons colors and on sale. If im looking at what you are refering to as having a waist gater I think that picture just shows the ladies cut a bit more
