WHAT SIZE SHOULD I GET? SMALL OR MEDIUM?
I DON'T WANT IT TO BE TOO SHORT IN THE TORSO, WOULD LIKE FOR IT TO HIT BELOW OR AT MY HIPS.

Get a small, I wear a medium and i am the same height as you, and 160 pounds (kinda chucky and busty) and it fits a little snug, but not too small. I own multiple colors in this jacket. love it!!
