I got a very small burn (pin head) in my Nano Puff from an ember from this weekend's campfire. What's the best way to repair? Or, should I just leave it be?

I would use a tiny bit of Seam Grip right on the hole. It would be best to pull the fabric out from the insulation so it doesn't adhere to it.

Best way would be to mail it back to Patagonia and have them repair it.

Easy answer is duct tape. Clear packing tape lasts a long time and a drier run as well.

Matt, if it is a very minor burn hole I would leave it alone. They will not usually tear more unless you happen to snag it in thne same exact spot. Christopher is correct, you will not lose any insulating so I wouldn't worry about it.

Primaloft is a "solid" block of insulation, rather than discrete feathers, like down. It's very unlikely that you're going to lose insulation, but tearing is fairly likely. Tent repair kits have the items necessary, if you wanted to repair it so it matches somewhat. It's similar to seam sealing a tent, cut the patch, cover lightly with sealant and patch the hole. Otherwise, duct tape is always an option.
