Do these have a synch cord at the ankles? What is the ankle circumference? Just trying to figure out if they will fit over ski boots.

The Microlith Softshell Pant does not have a cinch cord at the ankle. The 16.5" circumference (size medium) ankle opening was specifically designed to create a tight seal when stretched over a ski boot, but not be too big/floppy for other aerobic activities not requiring a boot.
