I am looking to run in Canadian spring time with temperatures ranging in the morning and evening from...41–62 F (5–16 C). Would these tights be too warm for that, would I be better off with the ventilator model for such weather? I am looking to were these as my only layer not as a base for this kind of weather. I plan to run in the winter time, but will look into gear specifically for that next winter, though I do feel these would be a great primary layer for that. For now I am concerned with running this spring and summer.

They are not very warm. IMO they would be perfect for these temperatures.
