Who has ridden bandits? Im finally shopping for ski's again - been 7 years on Atomic beta-ride, which I originally chose because they were light, and have looked after me through the revolution despite being old school. But I do want more grunt, more width for pow....and something that will hold better on groomies. anyone?

Bandit's are fun, I skied Bandit XXX in the 185 length for several years all over Utah and Co, but it seemed to me that they were most happy when charging open steeps and bowls. They were a little big and heavy for trees and chutes. For something more all around with a big mountain feel try the Line Prophet series. Ive been riding Prophet 100's for the past few seasons and haven't found place they don't like. Steeps and Deeps are my thing so the 100mm waist keeps it floating, but its nimble enough to ski tight trees, chutes, and its even super responsive on groomers and bulletproof for when you need to get back to the Apres Bar. I've been skiing in alot of places for a long time and the Lines are my favorite, most solid and most comfortable ski yet.
