Not really unless you need full mobility. At first they seemed to run large as they are a baggy cut. Then I did the splits test! They do NOT have stretch. BTW, a 0 short is SHORT! (5'5", 112-ish lbs)

no, they run pretty true to size. I am 5'6 125 lbs and wear size 6. The size chart is accurate
