Would this pack fair well in a through hike of the AT? PCT? Continental Divide? I'm Planning a through hike of the AT at the end of high school next year, and I love this pack, would this be a good option to use?

This would probably be a good pack for you to use at it would help cut down weight and help save you from injuries later in your hike. A stress fracture near the end is a terrible thing to have happen. It wont allow you to bring a lot of non essential items, but if your hiking for the joy of hiking that wont be a problem. As with any pack, you should try it on and wear it with some weight before you get one. I imagine you have already left for your trip but hopefully this helps others with the same question.

This pack may be a bit small for multiple day stretches between re-supply points. At only 2800 cu/in it may be difficult to pack what you need. If you are a super minimalist or are sharing the load with a partner it could work. I have never done the AT, but go out in the Cascades for 5-7 days and pack my Mystery Ranch Grizzly, over 5000 cu/in but I'm usually alone and don't ofter re-supply. My advice, get it, take it out for a long weekend and analyze the facts after that. If you need a bigger pack, BC will gladly exchange this one for another.
