I do work overseas and other lamps have had issue with bulbs therefore once their gone new bulbs.......................so my question is can I order extra bulbs and how long do they generally last

Just short of forever, but if you want to contact BD to see about spares, here's their statement and contact info directly from their site re: LEDs. Just substitute Orbit for headlamp and give them a call. They're usually pretty generous with spare parts. Q. Can I replace the LED bulbs in my BD headlamp? A. No. LED bulbs have no filament and are made of a super-strong resin, so the likelihood of them breaking or burning out is slim.
