Any idea what the inseam for a Medium - Long would be? The medium regular is 31. Im 5'11" and I need about a 32-33 inseam. Would a little short be better than longer?

If you're going to be wearing gaiters, then it doesn't matter either way, but I would err on the side of long rather than short. You don't want them popping up and water getting into your boots.
