Does this shirt fit small? My wife fits best into xs North Face gear like her khumbu vest. Is this shirt meant to fit tight?

The cut on this Breathe 90 style is athletic, but not fit skin-tight... designed to allow unrestricted movement, but not have too much extra fabric to flap around in the wind during activity. Stoic has described the typical body measurements this shirt is designed to fit in the 'size chart' above. In general, TNF sizing is a little bigger than Stoic sizing, but this varies widely depending on the style. I'd recommend taking some actual measurements and consulting the size chart. Another option is to order both sizes and return the one that doesn't fit.
