How accurate do the sizings fit, I seem to fall exactly on a medium (10) but am concerned that this will end up being a little tight. Also, my cup size is 36 C, will I have problems in this top?

I am the same size cup and I wear medium Lole swim tops and they fit great. Lole has been praised for their true to fit swim sizing.
