How does this jacket run? I read that it is a trim fit. I normally wear a size Large and I can wear comfortable a mid-weight fleece under. Would I be able to do that with a size Large in this jacket? I am 6'3" 200lbs and 35" arms.

Also does this has a snowskirt, if yes, is it removable?
