why on earth is backcountry selling this and why is it listed as $725 MSRP? Am I to assume that backcountry will soon sell Prada purses?

MSRP is often overrated. Look at Stuhrling Originals on Amazon. Chinese movements, craptastic cases and borrowed designs, and they suggest that the $150 watches "retail" for $800+. Bwahahaha!

Oakley makes very nice outdoor sports gear for sun and snow. Some people like to coordinate brands. I have a Oakley watch myself, one far less expensive than this, but I do really like it. As for having it listed at its MSRP, I believe most stores will to show what kind of discount you are getting. Oakley makes several watches with commas in the price tag. As for Prada purses...Once Prada makes bombproof snowpants or highend goggles, maybe they will show up here.
