No where on the manufacturer's website does it say this bowl is microwave safe, how come everyone is saying that? Is it really microwave safe?

We do it all the time, it does get pretty hot, but no deformation or meltdowns to speak of after 5 minutes on high. These bowls are excellent in every regard. **I should add: STS used to have a symbol on the bottom of all Delta products that said they were microwave safe, but has since removed it, and no longer recommends they be nuked. I wouldn't put an empty bowl in there to test it, but still, our success/luck/?? remains unchanged...a bowl of soup or chili has never been a problem with a 1500watt GE Advantium. Just so you know the difference between what we find and what STS says.
