I am 5'3" and about 110#. I do not appear to fall in either [shaded] category, but am in the cusp between xs and s. What size should I get? Also, has the seam issue been fixed? I am not a fan of seems that irritate the groin area.

Small...and the seams never bother me...though they leave amusing patterns on my legs. I love these tights.
