How is the waisband? I hate when it's tight and it looks like my few extra punds are 'falling out' on top.
I like the I/O bio boyshorts VERY much, they are just not really boyshorts, but hipsters.

I bought these in XS even though I'm a S according to the size chart. I'm skin/bones with a flabby belly/hip area. I was worried about that too, but the waistband doesn't pinch! You should try them.

That's one thing I love about these boyshorts--The waistband is not tight at all, yet not to loose either--perfect!
