6'2, 190 pounds. Current setup is 174 Mt Bakers with Freeride AT bindings. Debating between updating to Sidestash or Coombacks.
Any comparison observations between the Mt Bakers and Sidestash / Coombacks?

I have both Mt Bakers and Coombas. Both w Fritschis. Coombas are heavier, way beefier, much more versatile. Coombas are a one-ski quiver, they work on anything from touring to freshies to groomers to crud to windblown. Mt Bakers: not so much. However, if I was touring all day in a known backcountry situation I would still take the Bakers. The extra weight savings gives me 10-15 minutes per hour advantage when climbing, and they work in pow.

no experience myself, but I'm quite sure Lou Dawson at Wildsnow.com will know a good few thing about those boards you mention.
